Health Care
This practice group focuses on defense of claims of medical and dental malpractice, nursing home abuse, hospital credentialing, staff privileges, product liability claims involving medical and surgical equipment, contract negotiations and related health care commercial transactions. 

The Health Care Litigation Team consists of trial attorneys with considerable experience representing the specialized needs of health care providers.  Working closely with other practice teams within the firm, our attorneys represent hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, mental health providers, outpatient clinics, and other medical service providers in all manner of proceedings before courts and regulatory agencies.  Our extensive familiarity with the health care industry offers clients a significant advantage in resolving, in an efficient and successful manner, all types of litigation, regulatory proceedings, or disputes involving the provision of health care services.

General Liability
The firm’s liability department aggressively defends a spectrum of personal injury matters in both State and Federal trial courts, including premises liability, automobile liability, and wrongful death.  Additionally, the firm’s attorneys are experienced in handling complex cases, including class action lawsuits, multiple party claims, as well as defending claims for special damages.

Commercial Litigation and Construction Liability
The firm handles all types of commercial litigation in State and Federal trial courts and appellate courts, as well as before administrative agencies and regulatory authorities.  These practice areas include contract disputes, shareholder rights and remedies, protection of trade secrets, unfair and deceptive trade practices, property disputes and business disputes. Additionally, the firm handles construction liability cases ranging from construction defect litigation, products liability involving construction equipment, to general construction accident liability.  Our construction experience combined with our medical and insurance expertise, allows us to accomplish the medico-legal analysis required in construction accident litigation.

Criminal Law
The firm handles all facets of criminal law and as a named shareholder, Anthony P. Corsini, who as a former Public Defender, represented clients in DUI, traffic offenses, drug offenses, theft crime, and violations of probation.  Mr. Corsini has had extensive experience in these matters for the past 17 years.
Products Liability

The firm handles both personal injury and property damage claims sounding in strict liability, breach of warranties, fraud or misrepresentation, and negligence in defense of Product Liability and Wrongful Death claims against product manufacturers, distributors, lessors, hospitals and health care providers.  

Professional Liability
The firm is involved in the defense of professionals practicing law, accounting, architecture, and other professions.  The firm also handles first and third party claims involving errors and omissions of insurance agents, brokers and third party administrators. 

Employment Practices Litigation and Civil Rights
The firm’s employment practices department zealously defends companies, business owners and insurers from employment and civil rights claims from the commencement of a claim with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and/or the Florida Commission on Human Relations through trial and the appellate courts, if necessary.

Professional Regulatory Board Review
As a former special prosecutor for the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and as former General Counsel to the Florida Board of Medical Examiners, Russell Bobo, the firm’s founder, has developed a significant understanding of the needs and rights of professionals under investigative review.  The Firm is well regarded for representing doctors and other professionals facing potential disciplinary action or license revocation by administrative tribunals and other state regulatory boards. 

Insurance Coverage
The firm advises and counsels clients regarding the interpretation of insurance policies and represents insurance companies engaged in coverage disputes utilizing declaratory judgment actions, arbitration, and other appropriate litigation strategies. 

Collections
In recognition of the importance of cost recovery on behalf of its clients, the firm litigates subrogation and contribution claims as well as assisting individual and institutional clients in debt recovery and collections.
